2000 GSX750F Katana forks are an easy swap, just get the proper bearings from All Balls and file down the bottom of the upper triple where it contacts the bearing nut.
Get a 83-85 GPz750 swing arm, cut the bottom mounts off and weld them on top for shock mounts, then use the 550 or GPz900 spacer to install it in the frame using the KZ750E pivot bolt, or drill out the pivot bolt holes to 17mm.
All that's left is to make the proper spacers for the rear 12"x4.5" Suzuki Katana wheel, and determine the correct offset for the front sprocket, and presto-chango, your 750E has fancy new forks and wheels with radial tires.
Get an electronic dash instead of trying to mount the original instruments.
I already did all the above to an 80 KZ750E, then parted out the bike after trading for my ZX11. But I kept the suspension and wheels for my next 750 twin project.
