yes im wondering what other bikes front ends will bolt on the kz1000 i have a 77. i most likely neeed new calipers and rotors and what not so im debating on just swapping out my front end with one off of another bike and wanted to know if any of em would just bolt on with minor mods.

if swapping the steering stems is a minor mod to you,then yes any front end will bolt on with minor mods.there are some front ends that can just have the stem bearings swapped out and bolt on.although i don't know which ones these are.
i have done several steering stem swaps to install later model(sportbike) frontends on these old kz's.
when searching for a front end to swap try to get it as complete as possible,brakes wheel axle spacers.you will save time and money in the long run.

I do know that some will reduce your steering angle or hit the tank. Might just be the USD trees and forks tho. Do the homework because little surprises like that will ruin your day.
