Looking For A Seat!

Hey everyone! I am the proud owner of a 1980 Kawasaki KZ1000 ltd... i have recently modified her just a little but i still have a few items that need attention. My seat has several big cracks and tears from the previous owner/owners. I have seen new covers to re-wrap the seat all over but to be honest i havent ever done that before and dont really know that i want to? i have considered a cafe' racer style seat such as the one Corbin carries but i really do love the look and comfort of the stock ltd seat i have on the bike now. I do have my girlfriend ride with me quite often so she would appreciate a comfortable back seat as well.... i was wonderring if any of you have a seat thats in good condition and not in the price range of gold or if you had any suggestions besides the obvious ebay of where i could find one for a decent price? i would also appreciate any/all feedback and suggestions on my bike...

Got a seat that I think will fit ur bike.Newly recovered in black boat vinyl with red piping.Pretty sharp.Pan is in great condition.Interested.?bj

i dont know how i feel about the red but maybe? can you post a picture of it and how much are you asking? im looking for something the with the same shape and lines as the one on my bike now.... thank you for the reply!

check this dude out.he says that they are not chinese and have the proper heat stampings in them.seems like very reasonable prices.i plan to purchase a new seat foam and cover from him for my z1r.
