For a 160 tire I had to use a 5/8" offset on a 80 KZ750E, with a 200 you're probably looking at an outboard support.

5/8" offset, is that the front sprocket or the rear wheel? I take it that wasn't the stock KZ750 wheel that was being used?

Steell was talking about the countershaft sprocket. You have to use an offset sprocket for the chain to clear the rear tire.

No, that's not happening. You could have a stock wheel widened, but that wouldn't fit a stock swingarm.

For comparison, a stock Z1's 18" rear wheel works well with the slightly over-size 120 tire, and a 130 tire will barely fit while looking obviously too large on the rim where it reminds one of a fat man's belly bulging out over a too tight belt.

You didn't read my post in your thread about GSX750 Katana wheels on a 750E? It was made ~ 3 hours before you posted this one. Or did you think a 2000 Suzuki GSX750 Katana uses the same wheel as a 1980 750E?
