Buy the genuine Kawasaki shop manual for your bike (should be available reasonably priced on eBay). There are detailed instructions on how to replace a fork seal. Check with

Sissy bars may be available on eBay...patience will reward you as it may take a while for one to be offered for sale.
There are several members who rebuild speedo units...perhaps one of them will chime in.
