I just went into the shed to check on something and noticed two of the spokes on the rear wheel of my bike are bent.
I can't believe I hadn't noticed this before. I must have been riding like this in the Fall.
I was planning on selling this bike come spring, so I don't want to put a bunch of money or time into rebuilding the wheel if it isn't absolutely necessary.
I also wouldn't want to sell a bike to someone that wasn't safe. Of course I'd tell any potential buyer about the issue, but I just wouldn't feel right selling something that wasn't safe to ride.
So my question is, do you think this poses a safety risk?

Are the rest of the spokes tight? Looks like something got caught in there and bent them. I would just straighten them out and go over the rest of the spokes.

Do I need to take the tire off the rim to go over the spokes or can I tighten them up with the spoke nipples?

No, just tighten them by the nipples using a spoke wrench. Looks like you ned to soak them in WD 40 or something first. They "ring" at the right tension. Like tuning that cello.
