It lives!!!
After some very good help from 'Old Man Rock' and 'Patton' here on the forums, I was able to fix a ignition wiring issue.

And I rigged up a way to get fuel into the carbs since my tank has wet clear coat on it. And I started it. Its definately not running right, but the carbs arent tuned or balanced and the ignition timing is set at however I installed it.
