offset sprocket was created by kz1k
Hey guys. i couldnt help but notice the loss of threads for the nut available left on the drive shaft after mocking up my 5/8" offset front sprocket.
another concern i have is the gears. the drive gear does not slide all the way through the sprockets gear/gear grooves.

yeah my terminology is probably aweful, but i need to run these things by ya. thanks, Joe:)

Yup, realize you already purchased a "nosed" offset.

Picture would be helpful in depicting what you're speaking of...

Here's another source just in case....
Well made one piece (machined) Offset sprockets and SWING-ARMS for KZ's.... Both 530 and 630 pitch.

Mark's (MK1122) notes on his Gorgeous Kawi....
Offset Sprocket: ZRX12 see attached doc....

NOTE: File base isn't allowing me to update/download the doc file so just in case it doesn't attach here, PM me with your e-mail and I'll send it to you....

NOTE: Before buying another if required.... Frame all tightened up and rear rim centered?

Yeah, I realize you said "I'm going by Larry's measurements" but as we ALL informed you of, you changed your build from Larry's with additional cuts, swing arm years etc...

Too many variables where once you get this all squared up you may not require a 5/8" offset but only a 1/2" (12mm) offset....

As Larry also mentioned to you, he started with a 5/8" offset sprocket but had to mill it down on the back side a couple milli meters to get her aligned to rear sprocket... Basically more closer to 12-13mm...

Or as in Mark's case, had to mill the rear hub down as well to get the alignment spot on...

Think it out young man, you're on the right track....;)
Isn't modding fun...
