Bummer about the rear end, but it's better to catch these mistakes now rather than later in the build

need to search hard tail frames
and get an ideal of the wheel mount set-up

it too me and my friend (whos a better welder) ages to get it lovly and square. lol. we will most likely make a axel plate later and have it so it slots inside the bottom tube and have to cut abit from the top. only expensive bit is gona be the chain. its LOOOONNNGGG. haha.

I know that you're dissapointed right now, but it looks like you can fix what you have. I see your old swingarm in one of the pics. Just cut the cross brace before the wheel out. Then use your old swingarm as a template to see how wide the rear of your hardtail needs to be.

get yourself a 3/4" conduit bender and 20-30' of conduit(the stuff is cheap at hardware store)then practice bending pipes till you find the right shape your looking for,then use it as a template to make a jig on your welding table to make your final parts.
once you get a jig made you can bend your mild steel tubing pretty easy by heating area with a torch and a little grunt work

running the bottem tubes straight like you have them is going to make the bike sit awfully high,have you thought about the ride height youre after?

those bottem tubes also need to be parralel(spell check :laugh: )with each other on the end where the wheel goes so you can slide/adjust the wheel once its installed

iv sat on it and it aint too bad
