KZ 250 1980 Master Cylinder Repair Kits was created by gravityoutlaw
I'm rebuilding a Z250A 1980 and I'm looking for a rear master cylinder repair kit. Kawasaki main dealers don't list them any more and I've hunted the web for any other stockist but with no luck. I only need the rubber seals for the plunger. Does any one have any idea's on how to solve this problem.

Thanks I've sent them both emails to see if they can help. Forgot to mention I'm in the UK, but will buy from any country. Also will need the plunger and seal as the seal won't come off the plunger.
Cheers

Try soaking the rubber seal on the plunger with rubbing alcohol or brake fluid.

The smallest Kawasaki engined bike I've seen on this website is the 305 twin, however, many parts are used in several models to save costs. Try here:

I ride a 1980 Z500 which I rebuilt from scrap. I wanted to add to my bikes and fancied a smaller engine for city riding mainly to work so I went for the Z250 to keep it in the family. But hit this snag.
