Readers digest version. Dont go through ITS but give www.staabagency.com/ a call before you try them.
It also can vary by where you live.

I too am in need of a Title.
I just moved to NC from NH.
NC says everything has to have a title.
NH law says 13 years and veichles are clear from titles.
You just need a bill of sale,
heck mines written on the back of sales invoice.
lol, (spur of the moment thing).
I am just about done with my bike, I really dont want to tear it apart to get a new frame.
any info would really help out.
Dan, I'll check them out tommorow and see what comes of it.

Fenderguy:
If I were you, the first thing I would do is talk to your local DMV in NC. You cannot be he first person who has moved and brought a vehicle from NH into NC. They may be able to give you some guidance on what you will need to get re-registered in NC. (Note that if the bike was not registered to you at all, you may need to first register it in NH, then do a transfer into NC.)
Good luck!

Dan, Did you ever get any info or relief from the now Las Vegas based ITS company regarding your dealings with them?
Yes, eventually I did get through to the guy at ITS and he mentioned that he was sending $ back with new forms and a price list.
A few weeks later my original uncashed money order came back. To this day his website does NOT list the new prices though.
