Hey guys, I have a 1981 KZ440 D3 LTD that I am trying to get the rear hub bearings out of. I got the clip off that holds them in place, but I can't get the inner bushing that sits bewteen the bearings to move enough to get a rod in there and tap out the bearing on the opposite side. Is there another trick to this that I am not aware of, ir should I soak the inside of the hub with degreaser in hopes that it might free something up?

Thanks!

If there is a bunch of gunk in there or if the grease is hard as a rock then yes some degreaser could help.

yeah, I can't tell what is in there or not and I am not familiar enough whith that section of the bike to know how far that inner bushing is supposed to move. I think I will throw some degreaser in there tonight and see if I can get anything to free up.

Thanks!
