Evening folks.Just wanted to let the forum know that I am now the proud owner of a slightly used 2nd Edition of Tony Foales book on designing motorcycle suspensions. I will be giving myself a tutorial on Mr.Foales work over the next several weeks, hopefully so I can do an intelligent job on swapping the forks on Bad Company.. If anyone needs anything out of the book, please let me know and I will get it to u (it even has pictures for dummies like me).Have a good evening.bj

Excellent information BJ. Where did you get it? The last time I visited his website it seems he was quite proud of his work. IIRC he wanted $100 for his book. He definitely tried some unconventional stuff on his designs.

I always forget to check Amazon for a used version of a more expensive book. Good call.

It was Foals work and writing that led me to install the front "X" brace in my frame

And Craid is right, I still have both his Cameron books AND his Z1 tail. Marina is still wearing that GP T-shirt.... B)

Pardon my ignorance who is this you speak of ? :(

I would like to do some light reading is there a way I can look it up online?

I have a kz 700 wanted to put invert forks and mono the rear would love to have a good understanding of frame brace tech to rely on.

Thanks !
