kz1000p cafe racer, swingarm, wheel, help...

I'd like to try the gs1100 swingarm conversion to fit a 160ish tire in the back. I've noticed from other threads that I'll need the gs shocks and maybe the bolt. Is there anything else I might need?

Also, I could use help picking a rear wheel. What can I use that is pretty much plug and play?
