1986 KZ1000 frame 1980 triple tree

Im in the process of rebuilding a kz1000 with a 1986 frame. i have a 1980 triple tree but I dont know what, if any, bearings to use that will work....

See the "KZ Information" tab at the top left of this screen? rest your cursor on it and you will see "Filebase" appear under it on the left. Click on Filebase and search for "steering bearings". That will lead you to a list of steering bearings for all the various KZ models. Look up the sizes for the 80 and the 86 to compare them and figure out what you need, then contact All Balls to order them.
