Is this tube type or a tubeless rim?

I have a '78 Kz 650B 19 inch spoke rim with a single disc. I thought all the spoke rims are tube type but now I also thought that all tube types had rim locks. Mine has only one hole for the tube's air valve to go through, so none for rim locks. Does this mean it's a tubeless rim?

Wire spoked wheels are tube type. The front wheel doesn't have rim locks.
Most (all?) KZ650 wheels from the 70s are tube type - spoked or cast alloy.
