What's a Vetter full fairing worth?

how much are you asking for the bag and fairing and what's your location?

I am in Honolulu, Hawaii. If you are not in Hawaii or don't have an easy way to ship (e.g. are you military?) then it's probably not worth the time.

The info above indicates this fairing is probably worth only $40-50 bucks.

Having grown up in Hawaii-Kai (Kaiser High represent!) I don't think it will even be a break-even to mainland because of the shipping.

I got my '78 kz1000a2 and it had a Vetter on it.
I put the Vetter up on Craigslist here in Silicon Valley.
It was in near-perfect condition -- the paint was great; the windshield nearly scratch free; it was outfitted with what I was told was a fuctioning (if dated) sound system.

I sure the heck did not want it. I put it on CL for $35 about 18 months back -- and got very little response. Finally a guy came from San Fran and bought it.

I really wish you luck but unless you can sell it locally, I'm pretty sure the shipping off-island will make it tough to break even. You might find that *one* guy on the mainland who cannot find one here, or find one guy island-side who cruises a lot, maybe on the big island. Good luck, Mahalo.

For that fairing, probably $50-$60 bucks parcel post. And parcel post can take up to five weeks to get to the U.S. mainland from Hawaii.
