This the right place for a parts request? KZ650E

None of the other forums looked like a better place so I posted here. I need a passenger foot peg for the left side of my 1980 KZ650E (aka. LTD). Near the Salem Oregon area would be ideal.

Try Z1 Enterprises, Bike bandit, babbittsonline.com. Kawi might still make them, never know.

You can probably get a used one at one of the online dismantlers or ebay.

I checked Z1 as I've bought some other parts there, if I do a model search it doesn't bring up anything for foot pegs. Maybe they carry a generic. I looked at the other pages you referred to and they have parts diagrams for OEM but I don't want to pay over $50 + shipping for a new one. Ebay turns up a few but most all are sold in pairs or sets and I only need one. I may still go that route. I've been to one of the local bike wreckers and bought a wrong one. They just have a huge bin, sort through at your own risk. I guess I was just hoping that someone in the area had a parts bike sitting in the back yard and I'd be able to drive by and pick one up for $10 or something.

If someone is in the area and has one, great! Let me know. If someone can drop one in the mail to me for around $10, out of the kindness of their heart, let me know.
