Forward controls

I know this topic has been beaten to death as well...
but does anyone have any photos of forward controls they have made? I have an idea of how I will approach mine, but would like to see some photos.

I'm looking at doing it for my 82 550 LTD and/or my 80 750 LTD. Those mid controls just crunch me up and put a crease in my back.
