OK.. I'm restoring this nasty set of Kawi 'Mulholland style' shocks.. I cant find ANY info on these units, not even at the Kawi dealership. I have saved the oil so i know how much to put back in.. but i dont know what type of oil to put back in. Is there a common oil for shocks?
Naiveté in grownups is often charming, but when coupled with vanity, it is indistinguishable from stupidity.
Tis better to remain silent and thought a fool - than to speak up and remove all doubt.
Did ever think that maybe you've been doing it wrong all these years?

i know amsoil sells oil for shocks...synthetics of course...i would think you could use any hydraulic shock oils. choose your weight...most snowmobile shocks are rebuildable you might call someone who does those and ask....steve
