V-rod shocks

Has anyone tried to put v-rod shocks on a kz1000? I see them on ebay occasionally and they look good, but if they are going to be more of a hassle than Sportster shocks, I'll leave them alone.

I just bought a pair of Progressive 412 shocks 11" 1/2 I think, dropped my bike at least 2". WOW! It took less then 10 minutes to put them on. And they look great!!
