interchangable seats 1980 kz650 f1 to a kz750 g1

hi, i was wondering if anyone knew if a seat off of a 1980 kz650 f1 would be interchangable with a 1980 kz750 g1. i have searched everywhere for a seat the one i have is just no good. i would really apprecaite the help

can anyone help me out with this, my dad and i are in the middle of a restoration of a 1980 kz750 ltd and its getting increasingly hard to find parts for the bike. if you can help me out that would be awesome thank you

Just guessing, but I'd say they aren't interchangeable as a direct bolt-on.
Do you have a seat pan for the Twin? If so, you could get it recovered.

i do but the bottom is all rotted away and i was hoping to just come accross one that i can just bolt on and go. the reason i asked about the 650 is because there is a seat my dad has his mind set on on ebay. and im trying to figure out wheather or not its worth to spend 125 on it. thanks for your help

No, the 650 has two hinges and the 750 has one.
76-80 750 twin seats are the only ones that directly interchange.
Where are you located? I have at least one spare seat for the 750 twin, needs recovered though.
