I'm mocking up and waiting for some machining to get the rear end on.
I got the rear end up to the point where the bottom of the frame has good clearence and is level and this is where it's at.
Keep in mind... I'm between 5' 8" and 5' 9" tall and I look like a damn giant next to it.
Looks like I'll actually get to flat foot at lights for once!

Oh, and the ZX600A rear end is going on too, and it's a bit longer than the KZ rear with a 16" wheel like the front.
This will be low slung stretched rear KZ madness.

Nice.
What kinda of special work did you do to get the front end to fit?

Definitely will.
I'm actually getting a lot of stuff custom made to make this conversion fit well instead of modding lots of stuff.
I'm getting some sleeves made that will reduce the pivot pin bore and thin out the area between the frame drops for the ninja swingarm to fit, tabs for the mono shock upper and pivot to frame mounts, rearset mounts, and possibly custom cups to press into the head to make the ninja front end fit perfectly.
But yes, I'll post pics and diagrams of everything I design.

Yuppers. How do you like it? I Was hoping to give the bike an upgrade in handling without making it look super modern or anything. Kinda want to keep a classy classic lines thing going, you know?
Are you running the ninja rear too?

I am curious too...what type of work was required to fit the front end into the stock steering head?
Thanks
