I recently got a 1976 KZ900 LTD with a froze up front brake master cylinder. It sat for seven years, and I need to rebuild it, but it is froze up, and I am wondering what suggestions are out there as far as unfreezing the parts. I am thinking that carb cleaner or a penetrating oil should work, but has anyone had success doing this, and what did you do? Also, it seems pretty straight forward as far as the rebuild, but are there any tricks that I need to know that will save me some frustration? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
