If you branch out to some of the jap friendly chooper sites, you'll see lots of home made controls. Also, TC Bros sells forward controls for some of the metrics. They use the front motor mount bracket.

chop cult
chopper underground
club chopper

all have Japanese bike sections.

i made mine out of an old pair of rearsets , some pegs and some scrap steel from the offcuts pile , if you sort the positioning out for your feet first the have a look to see if theres anywhere to mount them , if not weld tabs on to your frame to mount them , just make sure the you dont interfear with anything else

if you can find one of these that fit your gearchange shaft it will make life easier

if not you'll have to make one out of a kz gear peg

you might need to bend the connecting rod to to fit but thats easy enough and using a sportsbike rear brake master cylinder will make it loads easier sorting out your rear brake
if you have a drum brake you may need to get creative to sort out the brake rod
