Spoke wheel trueing HOW?

I just received a wheel I bought on ebay, and its about 1/16
th out of true, is this a problem, if so how do you true up a spoke rim, all spokes are tight, so what to do if anything?

weld an old swingarm pivot side down to an old oversize steel plate through the wheel on there with an axle and appropiate spacers .make a rod you can clamp to the swingarm pointing at edge of rim for a referance point and spin the wheel and start tweaking spokes till its straight. :laugh:

Is a 1/16 to much. Dont have an extra swingarm Probably wouldnt matter that its a front wheel So I guess loosen top tighten bottom? with say wheel balanced on axle nut (thats how I looked at it) If that makes sense?

how big of an area is the 1/16" spread across? i go to a lot of car stuff in omaha and lincoln

took the ol T bucket to colorado and back one time,rental cars have nicer seats and ac....... :laugh:

H1 The spokes are in great condition its just got alittle run out 1/16 inch I ust want to know how or if I should mess with it. My original probably isnt any better LOL
