How many ml/oz. of fork oil does a '82 750ltd need

I have a factory manual, it's useless however it's apparently missing pages, I guess that's what i get for buying used on amazon. If anyone has a moment to flip through their book and let me know specs on weight and volume of oil i would be greatful. I would rather not leave the forks empty until the new one I've ordered arrives.

The FSM states 280cc/fork of 10W oil. This is for the KZ750H1 model...it is likely this also applies to your H3 model.
