akront rim identified

I having a problem trying to identify a rim on my bike It is a akront rim numbers on it are akront 18-4.25-40TR1193-e.dot made in spain.I need to find a sprocket for it and the hub is different from stock as I have a stock wheel and it will not interchange.It does have a 6 bolt sprocket with 38 tooth...Thanks For any help....jeff

does it have a rotor on it or is it drum brake the rim it self is an aftermarket wider rim. you can go to jt sprockets and figure out by bolt pattern and spacing what hub your using it may also help if you can tell us what the bike is that the wheel is on now.
