Instruction for Z1 swingarm bearing kit

Can anyone give me instruction for swingarm needle bearing kit?
It is written in German.:blink: I may be able to figure out once start to put it in but want to be sure.

i use a piece of 1/2 ready rod or all thread as some people call it with washers that are the same size as the out side diameter of the needle bearing race and pull them into place that way.don't try to drive them in as you will end up destroying the bearing race it is very thin and it will collapse if to much force is used. i freeze the bearings for at least a couple of hours and just before i'm going to put the races in i use a heat gun to heat up the swingarm. try that and it will go slick as snot. hope that helps.

One bearing goes into at groove inside of swimgarm/ second flash to the end /thrust washer/washer/frame.Is this correct? No oil seal needed?
