I know this is beating a dead horse but, I just picked up a 1994 Kawasaki ZX600 doner bike for $200 everything there except plastics, my question is I am wanting to build my 1981 KZ1000 LTD into a streetfighter bike and was wondering if the mono rear and the front tripple will work from the 94 ZX600, or if anyone has used this setup. I have read past threads and know I will have to fab up brackets for the mono shock in the rear, my main concern is with chain alignment and stem swap or bearing replacement in the front forks. Any help would be great, just trying to get a feel of what I'm in store for.
