Ltd wheels on my standard KZ750 was created by rayellis
I just purchased 2 wheels from a 1980 KZ750H LTD. This is for my 1980 KZ750E but the tires for mine or 19" on front and 18" on rear. The LTD tires are 19" front and 16" rear will these work well on my standard?

Uh, is that a real GPz or a CSR/GPz hybrid.

Check out Bike of the month for this month. The parts are pretty much interchangeable amongst the bikes. If I can make a GPZ out of a CSR than swapping wheels is a given in this case. My back wheel is from a LTD750. I have another 16" 750LTD rear wheel to go onto a 78 Z1R.

Are you swapping out the 16" wheel on your Z1R because it would handle better? I had considered putting a 16" on my '78 1000A2 but wasn't sure if the 2" difference would help or hurt handling.

'78 KZ1000A2

I am doing it because I can put more rubber on the ground. The 18" is too narrow to handle the extra Horse power transfer. I can light it up and keep it lit for 60 feet. It can actually hurt the handling because it can change the front geometry. This is why I also use the longer shocks. This brings the angle back down and the bike handles better.
