Some info from another forum ---

Hey Guys,
For lacing rims I use a David Moore in Apple Valley, Ca. He worked at Buchanans for over 25 years. I just had my Goldstar wheels laced by him, $125 each including Buchanan stainless spokes. That is his going rate for most rims including our GB's. His phone number is 760.240.3543 He receives rims in for repair and relacing from all over the world

His shop is a wheel wonderland. While I was there he was lacing six Dusenberg wheels and had several old time bicycle rims that were over six feet tall and only 1 1/2 wide.

He is a great guy to talk to and gets the job done right. My 2 cents...

Regards, Jack

Thats good info for the guys that love the wire wheel look. I imagine he's also a great source of hubs for custom applications? Maybe for the guys that want to run wire wheels with modern monoshock and USD suspensions. Just thinking out loud....
