Welding that nut on the hole I believe makes it a boss thus adds material and strength.
I kinda figure if a post asks a question after that question has been answered a number of times it usually generates a life of it's own. Sometimes directly related with the original question and sometimes it goes careening off track but remains interesting and informative. Some of the best posts I have ever read here ended nowhere near the subject that started it. Visa versa some of the worst posts here have done the same. Good cop/bad cop...yin/yang...tastes great/less filling if the original intent of the post has been addressed it has succeeded in becoming mashed potatoes The rest is gravy. :blink: :huh:
