Lacing up wheel

Looking to replace a front rim with an Excel rim. Knowing that I need to find someone around west central Indiana that does this. It's going on a street/strip bike so quality is very important. The back wheel was already done and I kind of like it. I not a big spoke wheel fan but it does look good. The bike is going to be forsale in the spring and I want it right.
If anyone has an idea who can do this I would appreciate it and thanks.
