You can get just about anything to work, try doing a search here and in the archives for stuff like gsxr swingarm, or gs swingarm, or zx swingarm...stuff like that, Im building a 650 with a zx arm...

i know the 91 92 gsxr1100 will work with few mods. you will more than likely have to skin the bracing off to make it fit. do you have any measurements? were the swingarm mounts up on the to the frame on the 91 92 1100's it 9'3/8 inches. are you planing on welding on the twoshock mount tabs or are u wanting to go with a mono setup. if the mono is what you want the is a a lot of fabing to do. a couple of members have done this or are in the process. have you done a search on swingarm conversions or chassis upgrades?

Pretty easy fit in my 750, not sure if the 1000 frame is narrower though. 10mm offset front sprocket, 7mm off the sprocket carrier, brackets welded to frame for ZX9R footpegs, 5.5" wheel and 180 tyre. If you can buy the complete rear end rather than just the arm it would make things a lot easier....

Thanks guys. I do have the whole rear assembly. I took the frame and swingarm to a guy who builds race cars. He told me it would be a lot of fab work to get the mono shock on. I really dont want to spend more on this work than I paid for the whole bike. I do not have a welder yet so I can not do it myself. Would it affect the bike in a bad way to run the original rear tire and swingarm with the GSXR 750 front forks? I already have them mounted on the bike.
