I found a source for what look to be really well made rearsets that are listed as being for a KZ650 "D" model.
After doing a little photographic research I can't see a bit of difference between my 79 C3 footpeg positions and the later D model bikes. The parts fiche even lists identical bracket #'s for both model bikes so the mounting points shold be identical. I do know that the first generation and B model bikes have a single bolt mounting point that IS different.
Can anyone shed some light on this one way or another. It's damm near impossible to make a proper Cafe'd bike with the stock pegs and these look sweet.
