Clutch cable lengths was created by gnfreak
hi all, the lead end (lever side) of my clutch cable decided to leave me. cable is fine but trying to rig something up to ride this nice weekend. suprisingly no cycle shop in the area has parts in stock for an almost 30 year bike. it's the original cable and i've installed daytona sport bars so i really need a shorter clutch cable anyway. searching this forum i've found the length of the Z1R (KZ1000D) clutch cable (Motion Pro 03-0030) as 49.5". does anyone know the length of the Motion Pro 03-0006 which is listed for the KZ1000 E and A models? i'm guessing the Z1R cable is the shorter of the two but not sure by how much. Tried calling Z1E but its Sat. morn.
