You guys and gals know what these are, right? Do these just screw into a hole in the swingarm (doesnt seem to me like the "point" would hold the weight??), or is a nut or fitting welded to the swingarm, then a lift post threaded into that, or what??
I'm trying to figure best way for the swingarm stand I
just welded up to pick the bike up. Are these "buttons" available for our older kaws??
Thanks....

77KZ650.....THEM'S the ones!!!! That looks like the nut is welded to underside of swingarm, then the button/spool/slider threads in there......hmmmmm.
Well...back to the drawing board:S

Them "things" are "bungs" used to fit into the end of a "sportbike" style lift/stand to lift and hold the rear wheel off ground for whatever you have in mind. Those stand usually come in two versions...one with a "U" shaped end to fit those "things" and another end that has a "flat" angle piece to be used on square-tubed swingarms.

My ZX arm came with them welded on from the factory ( I assume, it still has factory paint, and the welds look the same all over the arm) its not a nut (its more of a "U" shape), but if you were making your own, a nut would do the exact same thing:)
