Rear Wheel Swap was created by KZ101
i've read many posts about swaping out the swingarms on chain driven KZs to accomodate wider tires. Does anyone know what the widest tire i can run on a Shaft KZ1000E? Or if there is a different swingarm i can use to accomodate a wider tire and still be ok with the shaft drive?

i'll take it that it was just a dream to be able to get a wider tire on a shaft drive. Oh well nothing wrong with the old one, so i'll just keep on down the road. Stay safe out there.

Having absolutely NO expierence what so ever with shaft drives. I do know this.
If you change the output shaft in your trans over to a chain drive output shaft, of course making your bike chain drive you can put a variety of swingarms on it. Of course you have to pull the motor and split the cases to install the shaft thou.
Maybe cheaper, easier to just get a chain drive bike I am thinking.
