No eBay APP ID and/or Cert ID defined in Kunena configurationI don't know if you are looking for oem or retro period accessories, but these Guillari turn up from time to time:

Search ebay worldwide, some NOS and remanufactured Guillari still available from Italy.

Also a couple of seats on ebay uk now, .
1980 Gpz550 D1, 1981 GPz550 D1. 1982 GPz750R1. 1983 z1000R R2. all four aces

The online bike dismantlers will have seats, probably not great condition. You can haul it to an upholstery shop and have it recovered. I did that on mine, cost about $200 but my seat is huge and two steps for driver and passenger. A basic cover was about $100.

forgive me for my knowledge with KZ's is below par compared to to many here, but if an 80 KZ440 seat would work for you, I have a complete one that's been reupholstered recently?
here it is for reference..

sorry for the crap picture. can take a better one if needed.

1980 KZ440a. I went green.
If you yourself are building an older bike and can see it through till you're riding it, that's proof you have patience.

The topic is 5 yrs old. A 440 seat won't fit a KZ750. In general seats don't interchange much between different sized KZs & the year can matter as well.
