no cush drive wheels safe. was created by thompsonmx100
I'm building a cafe out of a gpz 750 and want 17 inch spoked wheels. The easiest and probably the cheapest way would be to just pick up a set of supermoto wheels off ebay. My main concern would be the fact they don't have the cush drive. But other bikes don't run cush drives either. would it be safe does anyone have any experience running without a cush drive. Any info would be appreciated.

be carefull of hard launches as not having a cush drive can be tough on clutch baskets but for the street youshould be fine.
