stock mounts for foot pegs was created by sdw25

I have stock foot peg mounts and one of the two studs you mount them to is stripped how do I remove the stud does it have to be pressed out? :unsure:

theres a nut on backside of frame on end of stud,once thats removed vise grips will trist it out
