ok you guys will flame me for chopping a poor, dear kz. i am going after a low pro street look. i started with a stock kz650d. stripped it down to the frame. removed the rear seat rails an lowered the shock mounts(cuz i still want to ride this thing or i would had ran struts) stretched out the swing arm 3" so i can run a 180mm out back.

how are your shocks going to work they will try to bend rather than compress they way they are mounted. :whistle:

they work. not like stock. they only give alittle really. i get about two inches of travel
