Custom machined mono suspension brackets
07 Mar 2006 06:56So here they are. These are the custom brackets for my suspension. The large open end butts up to 1" tubing, and the other ends are bored properly to mount the monoshock/pivot linkage.
I want this to look super clean so I made sure to get them done up good and proper just for the sake that it's one of the additional personal touches on the bike.
Rearend should be mounted soon now.

TWT, you gonna TIG or MIG those on?
TIG would make for one uber clean install with those nice brackets.

Oh, me for sure. That's what I do. Welding/fabrication. I don't get much shop time for CNC stuff so I had them fabbed elsewhere, but I will do all my own welding as usual

Shouldn't you knife edge those brackets to make them more aerodynamic?
