Free frame......did I screw up?

This Friday I'm picking up a 1978 KZ750 frame/swingarm.....for free. I don't have the vin/model number yet so maybe I'm worrying for nothing. My concern is that this 'free' frame has me restricted into building a KZ750 twin. I really wanted a KZ1000 but a KZ750 will do, just not the twin. Am I getting worked up for nothing? Help!!

whats to worry about it is free if it turns out you can't use it your self sell it give it to someone that can use it.

I don't believe a 750-4 engine is gonna fit.
It won't be a drop-in at any rate.

the only way it could even be remotely a mistake is if you already have a pile of bike shit hidden everywhere on your property and "she" sees you pull in the driveway with it.....in which case you just say....."it my freinds and i'm holding it for him cause his wife is not cool like you are honey!!!!"and then walk fast to the house...dont look back cause she's looking....

yep,no such thing as a screw up when the word "free" is used.....well at at least in this case...:laugh:
