honda 919, new!

I bought a new 919 last week and I think this is the bike that has 30 yrs. of technology that makes it seem like what the new KZ should be! I'm going to keep my 78 ltd 1000 but I have a 78 KZ1000 A2A for sale. If anybody is interested it's listed in the classifieds here in KZR.Or e-mail shadie77@hotmail.com. Thanks, Kaqwboy13

I was under the impression that Honda didn't offer the 919 any more. Unless you meant "new" to you; then I get it...sorry! :laugh:
Free advice: don't tangle with any Z1000s...they are that "new KZ" that you eluded to...and they've got inverted forks and a 20+ bHp advantage over the 919.

I guess I should say that 919 has the naked bike look I like without the modern sportbike look, no fairings or angular plastic shroudings. Yes Honda did stop making them in 07 and that's what I got. 0 miles on the odo with a 1 year warranty. As for the extra hp at my age (57)I rarely go over 80 mph anyways.
