weld on hard tail

Where to get the best weld on hard tail for a 76 kz400 d3?
Or is V-Twin man. about the best place. The sportster hard tail one I'm looking at.

i got mine on ebay, and it turned out great. Mine was on my kz650. TC bros or something like that. They specialize in xs stuff, but do alot of others.

Really? These things are commercially available? Wish I knew before I made mine out of scrap steel I garbage picked and a man hole cover.

Yep, for $100 i got myself axle plates and prebent tubing. Just cut to the length i wanted, used the chucks included to strengthen where tubing meets, and weld on.
