Swingarm bracing/lengthening

Does anyone know anywhere I could send my swingy to be lengthened about an inch and braced up? Not willing to spend a million dollars but I'm not broke either.

Why only an inch over stock? Doesn't seem like you'd see any gains for all the work involved.
