rear fender swap

looking to swap my rear fender and seat on my kz 1100 shaft. my question is will the plastic or what ever its made out of...kz 1ooo 900 750 bolt on or would i have to chop and weld the subframe from donor bike in place and same for putting the straight seat on.

anything can be done given enough desire.you might run into issues with the way the 900/1000 seat and your tank go together though.

any other ideas...i was thinking about gpz1100 parts but not sure if they will fit, say some on ebay but dont want to buy if i cant use it.
