1978 XS 650 PART OUT OR SELL ROLLING CHASSIS

I know this isnt about a KZ, but I have a good friend who has a 1978 XS650, That was in REALLY nice shape, until he blew the motor a couple years back. The rest of the bike is in Original condition and is immaculate. The frame, exhaust, tires, rims, carbs,tank, EVERYTHING is in really nice shape. I was wondering if it would be worth more to tear it apart and list everything seperate on Ebay, or if i should just list it as a rolling chassis.. because I almost hate to tear it apart. FEEDBACK PLEASE

Timebomb, I wish i were! You up for a road trip>>?? I'm in Erie PA, right on the lake in PA. I would like to add that he does not have to motor anymore, I dont know what he did with it, but the motor is no longer in the bike, it is just EVREYTHING but the motor.
